These terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) govern your access to the Coachlendar platform, available at https://coachlendar.com, as well as its use. By registering or using all or part of the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Coachlendar.

1. Acceptance of conditions

By creating a Coachlendar account or by using its services. You agree to enter into a binding agreement with Coachlendar.

2. Use of the platform

You are committed to using Coachlendar in a responsible and legal manner. You are prohibited from:

• Falsifying your identity, club membership, or role (e.g. coach, athlete, administrator)
• Access unauthorized data or use the platform in a harmful or disruptive manner
• Violate any applicable law or platform rule by using the service

3. User accounts

You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your login details. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. If you think your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@coachlendar.com.

4. Scheduling and assignments

For administrators:

• You agree to manage users, seasons, lesson types, and coach assignments according to your team's internal policies.
• You are responsible for defining supervision rates, seasonal logic, and complying with applicable guidelines.

For coaches and athletes:

• You agree to participate in the sessions and to provide information (availability, absences, etc.) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coaches must respect team guidelines and supervision parameters during assignments.

5. Intellectual property

Any content uploaded by users (schedules, club names, profile data, etc.) remains their property. By using the platform, you authorize Coachlendar to process and store this data to provide the services.

The Coachlendar platform, including its interface, software, design, and brand, is owned by Coachlendar and protected by intellectual property laws. It is forbidden to copy or redistribute anything without permission.

6. Fees and payments

Coachlendar operates on a subscription model. You agree to pay the applicable fees as indicated during registration or on your billing dashboard.

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and billed according to the package selected
• A 30-day free trial is offered
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
• No refund is guaranteed unless required by law

7. Termination

Coachlendar reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You are violating these Terms
• You are misusing the platform's functionalities
• You are engaging in fraudulent or disruptive behavior

You can cancel your account at any time. Some provisions, such as intellectual property rights or payments due, will remain in effect after termination.

8. Platform availability

We do our best to ensure high availability, but we cannot ensure uninterrupted access. Coachlendar may be unavailable during periods of maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will attempt to let you know when possible.

9. Warranty exclusions

Coachlendar is provided “as is,” with no warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Scheduling errors, communication problems, or missed sessions
• Data loss caused by external integrations or technical failures
• Of the performance of the team or coaches, of the results of the sessions or of the performances

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coachlendar cannot be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the platform, including, without limitation, loss of data or revenue.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada, unless otherwise required by local regulations. Any dispute will be resolved by arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to conditions

These Terms may be updated periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page and will take effect as soon as they are posted. Continued use of Coachlendar constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
